I had a pretty good day today, so I'm feeling a lot better than I was this morning. As you can read below, I was in a pretty dark mood this morning.

It was a pretty nice day out, even if it was a bit chilly. I went to work got a lot done and then got home and relaxed. I think I haven't really been sleeping well for the last several months, and that is probably contributing to my moodiness. Yeah, that's the ticket!

Like I said, I went out to get new clothes yesterday, mainly because the clothes I have are falling off me. I've lost 50 pounds in the last 6 Months, and my wardrobe just doesn't sit the same way anymore. So there's the double-edged sword, I hate shopping for clothes, but I guess it's for a good reason, so I should be happy about it. Stupid stupid double-edged swords!

Hey, I'm feeling a lot better, so it's all good!
Feeling a little bit maudlin today. The encroaching winter has me feeling a little bit grey.

Yesterday I went to buy some clothes, and the Christmas music is just playing way too early! My mood doesn't help things.

"I'll be happy when I damn well want to be!" I feel like yelling to them. I hope that I will be. I think that I want to now, but can't. Almost like I've forgotten how. Nice huh? This is supposed to be a fun blog, and here I go with all of this? It's not all bad.

Yesterday, I went to the Legends of Hockey game with Wally, Bill and Bill's new girlfriend Brenda. We had a good time watching the old Leafs Alumni play a bunch of Hockey Hall of Famers. It was a good time, lots of fun.

On Friday, I went with Uni, Wally, and the Good Reverend Overdrive to see Grindig in Cobourg. It was a good show. The coolest thing, though, is the fact that Uni and I realized that Friday was the exact date that we first met 15 years ago! We had a couple of beers to celebrate the occasion.

So you see, it's not all bad at all. I have a lot of really good friends, and I'll find my way out of this little funk I'm in. Maybe it's just here to remind me to feel. I'm not sure, but I'll get there!
